Through our ongoing programme of investment in local infrastructure we’ve introduced all kinds of workspaces for businesses, whether you’re looking for office space, a factory unit, warehousing or a retail outlet.

Minor Works Grant - £5,000 to £15,000

Our Minor Works Grant enables Community and Voluntary Sector organisations to transform spare rooms into fully equipped workspaces and offices. Grants are available from £5,000 to £15,000 and cover up to 100% of eligible costs. Grants are made subject to meeting certain criteria.

Medium Works Grant - £15,000 to £100,000             

Our Medium Works Grant enables Public Sector, Community and Voluntary Sector organisations and developers to transform neglected or unwanted spaces and buildings into working spaces for new and growing enterprises. Grants are available from £15,000 to £100,000 and are made subject to meeting certain criteria.
